Jimbaran lies on the western side of Bali’s narrow isthmus, a sweeping bay that curves from the southern side of the Ngurah Rai International Airport and the start of the Bukit Peninsula. The peaceful Jimbaran Beach is an alluring crescent of golden sand lapped by calm blue waters. Every morning, the fishermen return to the shore in their gaily-painted boats to trade their marine harvest at the bustling Kedonganan Fish Market in the late afternoon, another attraction demands attention in the form of a legendary Bak sunset, while visitors take front-row seats in the famous Jimbaran seafood restaurants, which line the beach and serve up the catch of the day

PANYEMBRAHMA ROOM

The 29sqm Panyembrahma Room is similar to the Manukrawa Room but slightly more spacious with the additional feature of a private balcony. The room is furnished with a queen bed or twin beds (subject to availability upon arrival). The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a rain shower.

Child Policy

1. Children’s Age Definition:
   • Children are considered as guests between the ages of 2 and 11 years old.
   • Infants under the age of 2 years stay free of charge in a parent’s room unless a baby cot is required (subject to availability and additional charge).
2. Accommodation for Children:
   • Children sharing a room with parents: One child under 12 years old can share a room with two adults free of charge when using existing bedding. Additional charges may apply for extra beds or baby cots.
   • Children requiring an extra bed: An extra bed can be arranged at an additional cost. Please notify us in advance to confirm availability.
3. Meal Policy:
   • Breakfast: Daily breakfast is included for two adults. A child under 12 years old sharing the room with parents is eligible for free breakfast. Additional charges may apply for meals for children over 12 or if an extra bed is added to the room.
4. Child Rates for Transfers and Tours:
   • Children’s rates for airport transfers and optional tours are available at a reduced price. Please contact us for specific pricing information based on the child’s age.
5. Safety & Supervision:
   • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times during their stay.
   • The hotel does not provide child-care services unless specified under additional services.
6. Travel Documents for Children:
   • For reservations involving children, it is required to provide a copy of the child’s passport along with the adult’s documentation during the booking process.

Important Note:

All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout their stay.

Reservation Process

1. Advance Reservation: It is highly recommended to make a reservation at least 1 month before your arrival date to ensure availability. However, in urgent cases, bookings can be made up to 2 weeks before the arrival date, subject to availability.
2. Reservation Request: To initiate your booking, please send an email to reservation@oneworld-voyage.com with the required details (see “Required Documents”). A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a reconfirmation from us.

Payment Terms

1. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via:
   • Bank Transfer
   • Credit Card
   • Payment Link (a secure link will be provided upon request)
2. Deposit & Full Payment:
   • A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the specific terms of the package.
   • Full payment must be completed at least 1 week before the check-in date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
3. Payment Confirmation: Once the payment is received, you will be issued an official payment confirmation and invoice. Please keep these documents for your records.

Required Documents

To proceed with your reservation, please submit the following documents via email:

• A copy of the cover page of your passport.
• A copy of your passport information page.
• Two passport-sized photos (digital format is acceptable).
• A copy of your return flight ticket (to and from Bali).
• A copy of your health and travel insurance coverage.

All documents must be submitted in clear, readable format and sent together with your reservation request. Incomplete submissions may delay the confirmation process.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Requests: Cancellations must be made in writing via email. We do not accept cancellations made by phone or any other methods.
2. Refund Policy: Cancellations made:
   • More than 14 days before the arrival date will be eligible for a partial refund (subject to our cancellation fees).
   • Less than 14 days before the arrival date may result in forfeiture of any payments made.
3. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

1. Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in and check-out times apply unless otherwise stated. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional fees and must be requested in advance.
2. Liability: UniBox Voyages is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your stay or travel. We highly recommend ensuring that your health and travel insurance covers all necessary aspects of your trip.
3. Amendments: Any changes to your reservation, including changes in dates, number of guests, or other special requests, must be communicated to us in writing and are subject to availability and potential fees.
